The/our/HIS Weekend (and week:)

     We all just came out of  a very busy weekend, and yes, thankfully we ALL survived! Before I give you a recap of our weekend, I will show you life before the weekend.

Several of us are very busy with school!

DS3 usually gets done with his school pretty quickly, so these two trouble makers.....usually find trouble:)

In my spare time I like to practice some photography, since it is Fall I captured some wild flowers around our property.

                                      

I like to do a few photos of some of our animals too.

The cats cooperate (and stay still) way better than the dog!

We saw that DS3 fell asleep on the porch......

he had some company with him too!

So the explanation for this picture: This is what happens when you put your arms and feet in your shirt at the same time, it ends up to be a dress. (He could probably wear it for three more years:)

This is the reaction when I told him it was going on the blog.

We finally filled our big hole, behind our house in, and now the kids are trying to dig another one!!!

I was taking pics and DS4 said, "take a picture of my baby" so ya, that explains this toddler animal cruelty picture.

I made a jean head band, and guess who was the only one who could fit it!

THE CRAZY WEEKEND

(We had a bus from Peoria IL come to Nashville)

And it all started like this........

Grocery's, the number one thing.

Friday morning I started baking all the desserts for the weekend,

in the middle of making the 3 9x13 pans of pumpkin delight.

I also made 2 Jelly roll pans of Apple cake.

DD1 made cinnamon rolls for breakfast on Sunday, at the end of Friday we were all exhausted, but that was just the start.

-SATURDAY-

We cleaned and got ready.....

DD1 wrapping up mums, for the table decor.

We wrapped up ten, our counter was filled.

I am soooo glad that we got them they were absolutely beautiful!

We don't have many pictures of the company, only a few......

We kept a couple friends:)

Inside the bus.

Outside waiting for the departure.....

still waiting.....(and talking) well our bus/van left before theirs did:)

But all in all the weekend was a blessed one.

They wanted to ride underneath the bus sooo bad, I wonder who put that idea into their heads?? Hmmm

We were all for sure mom would have the baby Saturday night, but as you can see....nope!

The way we Live...Life

Okay, we haven't posted in awhile, usually I would make an excuse but.....I am out of excuses:)

The happenings/news of our family household...............We have started school and choir, and we are now advancing onto our third week. All of us are doing school except for DS4, surprisingly he is very busy playing with his animal friends or should I say his "babies" 

This is Tabby DS4's favorite "Baby"

Tabby is a really good cat/half grown kitten, Tabby will let DS4 do ANYTHING to him!

I was taking pictures and Tabby grabbed some string that was on my camera:)

Always remember Tabby, that whatever happens to you, DS4 will ALWAYS love you:)

I have a couple more friends of his (that has become like his brothers these past two weeks) to introduce to you.

 No. 1 Is this little inch worm, it wasn't his play toy for long, as he was so kind to let it go.

No. 2 Mutt our dog, they roam around the yard (quite often) going on lots of adventures:)

The news on the rest of us.............dad recently got a new dog < (that is what happens when I am in La-La land when I should really be focusing on writing a blog post) What I meant to say was recently Dad got a new job, where he now works at the Nashville airport. 

Mom is 36 weeks pregnant, and is a very busy mother. 

DS1 is working part-time, while trying to keep up with his (hopefully last year) school. He also has become very fond of mountain biking.

DD1 is also working part-time at a store called Country View Market, she really enjoys it!

 I am really busy with school, (gives me something to do every day) since DD1 has a job now I have become a mothers helper/right hand man lady, I also enjoyed taking horse back-riding lessons too this summer. (I am really bummed they're over though)

                                        

The younger kids are busy with their school too, although they recently went on a nature hike in Nashville at Percy Warner Nature Center.

I think that about sums up our life right now!

As we say goodbye to the wonderful, and busy, and hot, summer, we say hello to the cooler weather,that Fall has to bring.
