Cissna Park

    We had a nice weekend in Cissna Park with some friends that we met in Vilonia. We got to there on Saturday afternoon and enjoyed spending the evening talking and playing, "dutch blitz". Some of us stayed up way too late.

     Sunday we went to church, then back to our host's house for a snack and more games. We went to the Fellowship hall for supper and a singing.(We also met more people that had been in Vilonia with us.) 

    We spent another night of staying up late and talking with our friends, then left Monday morning to come home. We had a lot of fun and a very blessed weekend.   

Here are some pictures of some of us playing, "I never", "I have",(which is the opposite of, "I never") and "Bibbity, Bibbity, Bop" If you've never played this last game then let me tell you it can almost be quite stressful remembering what you are supposed to do:) so much so that you end up being it.

Bike ride......anyone?

Since Spring has sprung DS2 and I have been trying to go biking everyday, soooo here are the pics............. 

 

 

I tried to get/take many pictures on the ride.........

 

BUT!

 

 

it is hard to take a picture a ride a bike at the same time, so I advise you to never try this at home.

(there is a good example in the picture above)

 

I ended up stopping every once and awhile to take a picture.

 

I love seeing wild flowers beside the road.

 

The view on right side of the road, I think it is a gravel road/path that goes up to our neighbors barn.

 

A cabin.

 

They have a couple buildings like this one.

 

The road goes right through our neighbors property.

 

There is usually four brown horses in here, but they were probably in the pasture.

 

Some neighbors houses on the top of the hill.

 

This Creek is by the road on the whole ride, so its kind of fun to watch it.

 

Yes! he has a pink bike, it is actually DD3's bike.

 

Sometimes we go on a bike ride twice a day, it just depends.

P.S. These notes were written by DD2 on a whole stack of note paper. (She said that she felt like writing.) When mom went to find something to write on she found this instead. She got her laugh for the day.
